Srinagar: A young Kashmiri student Arif Manzoor (B.tech from AMU) and a resident of Srinagar J&K, has developed an App for the students of Jammu & Kashmir named as ‘JK Chrome’ available on play store.

While talking in an interview with us Arif said, “I developed the JK Chrome App for my brothers and sisters of Jammu and Kashmir as right now they are facing lot of problems with their education related stuff due to the poor internet
connectivity and Covid-19 pandemic”.
We have designed the JK Chrome App keeping in mind the poor internet connectivity in valley; it is only 4 MB size App and runs on 2G networks smoothly.

The App is easy to use with a simple interface and contains sections such as News, Job portal, Result Portal and Academic section. The Main moto of our App to provide quality education stuff such as notes, Pdf files of different academic and competitive exams of J&K, he added.

He further said that, J&K youth are facing a problem of unemployment right  now; it’s not that the Youth of J&K is not capable of cracking any Job exams but the problem is the Youth is unaware of different Jobs available throughout
the state, country & world. So to overcome with this problem we post regular jobs on our App.
