Is government hand in glove with teachers and taking Haftas❓

Kashmir has many tragedies. One of such tragedy is unemployment. 

Which has frustrated the educated and depressed the downtrodden. Im not going to focus on the statistics of unemployment in Kashmir, im going to take your attention to the indifferent and apathetic government teachers who are not only get a handsome salary but take the opportunity of unemployed educated people in the winter coaching centers .

 If government has banned their practice in private, then why are they not giving opportunity to educated unemployed people.

If government would have been serious about the unemployed youth, it would have thought about the opportunity of tutors job .

 Which hunger government employees are taking there coaching and academics are not even presenting the names of teachers on posters and are even tricking government. 

I request district administration to look up into the issue and solve this as soon as possible.
