Activists of JKGBYWC, holds Protest in Press enclave Srinagar, seeks opening of PG Hostel.

Srinagar: Activists of J&K Kashmir Gujjar Bakerwal Youth Welfare Conference, held a Protest Demonstration in Press enclave Srinagar, over the issue of delay in to open the PG Hostel, for the stduents of Gujjar Bakerwals in Srinagar, they alleged for the negligence of authorities as the Hostel for Jammu Province, Opened before ten years is functional in Jammu, and students of same community of having poor background are getting its benefit but on the other side the students of valley are being deprived from this facility they alleged.
They Said that as if the funds are available, Application taken for Admission but to do delay its starting of Session is out of knowledge.
The Protest Was Lead by its Kashmir Province, Vice President, Choudhary Showkat Shabir Kalas
Students staying in rented accommodation can not afford to pay rent every month as and as if funds are available, building hired then why authrities are reluctant to start the Session in Hostel.

 Choudhary Showkat alleged that Tribal Affair Department is not functional fully no one is taking its proper care as the Department has failed to provide the Scholarship to ST students what we can expact more from this Department.
Despite of availability of huge funds in said Department, students are yet to get its scholarship which is matter of great concern and when the students visits to this Office the employees working there makes the pretext of non availability of documents whixh the students require to attatch with Scholarship form which is not true while filling form students completes their documents but dont know where would documents gone? This is mere a tactic to make the space to get bribe from students he alleged otherwise  PG Level or UG students are very well aware about the filling up of formality require to fill form.
They demanded to opening of PG Hostel without any further delay otherwise there will be mass agitation of students in comming days.
