Kahuta Kallar Syedan: Woman who killed
her husband from Kallar Syedan sentenced along with her paramour
The woman who
murdered her husband was sentenced to life imprisonment along with her
boyfriend. While the co-accused was sentenced to life in jail, the lover was
sentenced to death. Usman's wife was sentenced to life imprisonment along with
her acquaintance and his accomplice.
Her husband
was killed and the incident was identified as a robbery on Rawat Kallar Lane. In
Shah Bagh Bazaar on Kallar Lane, the deceased Usman had a mobile store. At
night, he and his wife were riding a motorcycle with his father-in-law in
Rawalpindi. His wife told him on his way back to the village that she had taken
off her niqab and begged him to stop the motorcycle where he had stopped and
was shot dead by others. The
accused was convicted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka.
In the context of the investigation, Nimrah Amjad, the victim's wife, lover,
Wajid Ali, and accomplice Feroz Naeem were arrested and challenged by the court
with solid evidence. Muhammad
