Srinagar: As we all know Rainwater issue is a serious issue. Today our team reaches Amar Singh College, Gogji baag Srinagar. The road from Gate to campus is full of Rain water about 1.5 feet in depth. The other ways to reach the campus is also full of Rainwater. Whether it's Rainwater or Snow water during winters, we faces a great problems to cross the road from Gate to campus, thier is no outlet, their is no proper drainage system,said students.
The drainage failure, which led to waterlogging and inundation of business hubs, roads and posh residential areas in Srinagar over the years, more frequently post-September 2014 floods, is basically the failure of urban planning, argue the experts.
