An encounter has started between Militants and Government Forces in the Samboora area of district Pulwama in South Kashmir.
Sources told that 50 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and Central Reserve Police Force launched an Anti Militancy operation in the Samboora Pulwama.
During the searches, the hiding Militants opened fire upon the Government Force personnel, triggering an encounter.
As per initial reports two to three militants are holed up in the area, as more Forces are being rushed to the area.
The forces have sealed the entry and exit points to the area.
As per locals, no firing has been heard after the initial exchange of gunfire, however massive searches are on, as two to three Militants are believed to be hiding in the area.
