Schools asked to display signboards with Tricolour in the background

A circular regarding this was issued by Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, PK Pole, last week. In March, the J&K administration had directed all the government schools across the UT to display signboards with a Tricolour in the background. According to a report in the Times of India, the schools have been given a deadline of April 30 to comply with the order. Schools have also been asked to adopt a colour-theme on the backdrop of the boards.
