*FPF Employee Dies As Tractor Turns Turtle in Karnah*
Kupwara, Apr 30: (GNS) A 45-year-old Forest Protection Force employee died after a tractor he was on, ploughing farmland, turned turtle here in Karanu Gabra of Karnah on Friday evening.
Reports reaching news agency Global News Service (GNS) said that one Abdul Shakoor son of Abdul Wahid Mir, a resident of Khawarpara sustained critical injuries on getting stuck below a tractor, after it turned turtle, while he was ploughing his fields in Karanu Gabra near Niti Top in Karnah.
He was immediately evacuated to hospital, however the middle-aged man succumbed to his grave injuries on way.
Meanwhile a police official confirming the incident told GNS that a case is being taken up in this regard to corroborate the eyewitness’ account of the tragic accident. (GNS).
