After the prodigious success of the Medical camp conducted at Chorwan and Dawar on 13 May 2021, a Multispeciality medical camp was conducted at Degree College Wampora and Doordarshan Centre Achoora by a highly skilled team of doctors from the Borderles World Foundation (BWF) and the Indian Army.
The initiative was aimed at mitigating the hardships faced by the locals of the remote villages of Gurez
The highly motivated team comprised of 11 doctors from various specialities such as Pediatricians, Maxillo-facial specialist, Gynecologist, General physicians, Ophthalmologist and Dermatologist and Army Doctors and Endodontist.
A total of 376 locals were provided medical assistance and medicines through this endeavour.
The Awam appreciated this proactive initiative and requested that more such camps be organised in the coming times.
