An official said that one Militant was killed during an encounter that raged in the Pulwama town of South Kashmir on Friday afternoon.
The slain has been identified as Shahid Sheikh, son of Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, a resident of Karfali Mohalla in Kani Kadal area of Srinagar.According to Jammu Kashmir Police the slain was involved in the recent killing of Civilian, Mohammed Safi Dar, PDD Deptt’s staff on 2/10/21.
The Police said that AK 47 rifle with Magazine and ammunition has been recovered from his possession.
