Expansion of Micro Solar Project In Jabri Karnah by Indian Army

We find places where No admin reaches out at ground for the basic facilities needed by the poor people but Indian Army always extended hands to help them out.
Today Indian Army in collaboration with Aseem Foundation with an aim to provide basic infrastructure facilities to far flung areas close to Line of Control expanded the solar power grid in Jabri village of Karnah.
26 houses will benefit from the project. This is in addition to 12 houses which were provided solar power grid last August.
The project was inaugurated by Mr Sarang Gosavi, head of Aseem Foundation in the presence of officers of Indian Army. Eight students of Karnah are being provided free education by the foundation in coordination with Indian Army at Pune.

Speaking on the occasion, the sarpanch of village expressed his gratitude towards Indian Army and the Foundation for taking care of the people of Jabri in such remote area. The balance of the houses in Jabri will be connected to the solar power grid by the Foundation and the army in next phase bringing entire village on solar electrification.
