29 Mar 22. In another noble initiative towards promoting 'Education' and to empower the students of Manigah with knowledge and awareness, The Kupwara Battalion of Vajr Division organised inter-house Quiz Competition at Mohd Iqbal Public School, Manigah Bowl.
The aim of Quiz Competition was "to spread awareness about opportunities in Army Schools"
The questions were based on the entrance exams for Sainik school, RMS and RIMC . Therefore students from class 5th,6th,7th and 8th participated and around 170 students witnessed the competition.
Total of four houses of school formed four different teams and participated with great enthusiasm & zeal. Right answers of any house were appreciated by clapping and chanting by the spectators.
Post Quiz Competition, the Glassdaji COB cdr interacted with students and briefed them about the benefits and procedures of Sanik Schools, Military Schools & RIMC and also discussed with the Teaching staff to advice the students for the same.
The overall the event was applauded and highly appreciated by the locals, teaching staff and students who attended it.
