Argentina remains at the top of FIFA's men's world ranking for the second consecutive year, holding their position as the best in the world. As reigning world champions and after winning the Copa America for a record 16th time by defeating Colombia in July, Lionel Scaloni's team leads ahead of France in second place and Euro 2024 winners Spain in third. The top 10 rankings saw no changes, with England, Brazil, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Germany completing the list. Angola made the most significant progress over the past year, rising 32 places to rank 85th.
