In his felicitation message, Aajaz Raja hoped this Eid brings along everlasting peace, happiness and prosperity to the people of J&K. Majid prayed the month long fastings and the night long supplications of the faithful are accepted and rewarded by the Almighty.
Usman Majid while conveying warm greetings said, “The spirit behind the observance of Eid-ul-Fitr is to express our thanks to Almighty Allah for giving us the courage to observe fast in the month of Ramadan and rededicate ourselves to the path of truthfulness, sincerity, self-control, patience and human dignity.”
Majid prayed for peace and prosperity and wished the Eid be harbinger for all-round development in the UT and the country. He also hoped that this holy occasion would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony, brotherhood and amity.
Meanwhile Aajaz expressed his solidarity with the families of those whose loved ones got devoured in the COVID-19 crises. Majid prayed for early recovery of all those who have tested positive for the contamination.
